Forensic Science & Physical Evidence
From altered signatures under optical magnification to bit-level device cloning, our examiners deliver objective scientific analysis across questioned exhibits in Kenya and East Africa.
Forensics is the scientific examination of evidence: questioned documents, fingerprints, computers, mobile devices, computer memory and damaged storage media. It includes six services, from questioned document examination to forensic data recovery.

Six Forensic Examination Disciplines
Questioned Document Examination
Optical magnification, ink comparison, and ultraviolet examination to detect handwriting forgeries and paper alterations.
Fingerprint Analysis
Latent print development and comparison using the ACE-V (Analysis, Comparison, Evaluation, Verification) method.
Digital Forensics Investigation
Hardware write-blocked forensic disk imaging, carving unallocated space, and cryptographic evidence verification.
Mobile Device Forensics
Physical and logical extraction of smartphones and tablets. Deleted messages recovered where the data is still recoverable.
Computer Memory Forensics
Capturing live memory and triaging running processes to find injected code, hidden malware and unauthorised sessions.
Forensic Data Recovery
Retrieving inaccessible records from failed hard drives and SSDs under clean-room conditions on clear fee terms.
Findings are documented in a formal written report setting out methodology and observations. Whether evidence is admitted is decided by the court in each case.
