Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a goal we work towards and check against; we do not claim the site is fully conformant.

What we do

  • The site is built to be used with a keyboard alone.
  • A skip link lets you jump past the navigation to the main content.
  • Links, buttons and form fields show a visible focus outline.
  • If your device asks for reduced motion, animations are switched off and drawings appear in their finished state.
  • Pages are tested automatically with axe-core, and layouts are checked at mobile widths.

Plain language

Forensic subjects can be technical, so we try to write in short sentences and explain specialist words when they first appear. A glossary of common forensic and due diligence terms is available under Insights for anything that still needs unpacking.

Adjusting the site to suit you

Your browser and device settings work with this site. You can usually enlarge text with the browser’s zoom, turn on a reduced-motion preference in your operating system, or use a screen reader to have pages read aloud. Many screen readers can also list a page’s headings, which is a quick way to move between sections.

How do I report a problem?

If something on the site is hard to use, or does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us. Email [email protected] or call +254 701 543 158.

It helps to mention the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will look into it.

If a barrier stops you reaching us through the website, use the phone number or email address above instead. You do not need to use the site to start a conversation.

Questions

Which accessibility standard does this site follow?

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. It is the standard we design and test against, not a certification.

Does the site work without animations?

Yes. With a reduced-motion setting turned on, nothing moves and every drawing is shown complete.
