FAQ
What do people ask about it?
What is your data recovery fee policy?
No recovery, no fee: if we cannot recover the data you need, you do not pay for the recovery work. Terms and conditions apply and are stated transparently before work begins.
Can deleted files always be recovered?
Only where the data is still recoverable. Results depend on the device, its condition and whether the data has been overwritten. We assess this before quoting.
How quickly can an emergency data recovery be assessed?
For data recovery, we aim to give an initial assessment within 6 hours and a free diagnosis within 24 hours, depending on workload and the condition of the device.
