Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer who understands that human capital is the cornerstone of excellence. You will implement HR practices that support our strategic vision while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized forensic and administrative roles.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs with accuracy and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and best practices.
• High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
