Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized forensic and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs with accuracy and fairness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and best practices.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
