Finance Assistant
Role Overview
Shield Forensics requires a Finance Assistant with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy. In this role, you will support the stability and growth of our firm by ensuring the meticulous management of our financial records. You will handle daily financial operations with efficiency and integrity, providing the data necessary for sound strategic decision-making. We seek a professional who approaches numbers with the same level of scrutiny that our forensic investigators apply to evidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- CPA(K) or ACCA qualification (or pursuing final stages).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high ethical standards.
